Born From Necessity

On the Rise Digital was born out of necessity. After graduating from Florida International University with a degree in computer science, our founder started working with case managers who were buried under a major operational bottleneck, manual processes were slowing everything down. To solve it, we built an AI-powered system that automated the workflow end-to-end, and that’s when it clicked: AI and automation aren’t “nice-to-haves” anymore, they’re essential tools that give teams time back and unlock real growth.

That insight led to the launch of On the Rise Digital. What started as solving one client’s problem has evolved into a mission: helping businesses across industries identify the bottlenecks holding them back, then engineering smart, scalable automations that actually work.
